You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

 

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped with in 48 hours.

 

All personalized Pet-T-shirts take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.

 

All Custom Dog Bowl orders take 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered.  Once the item is painted, there is a $15 restock fee if you cancel the order before it is shipped.

 

For Holiday orders - please check the time indicated for production on any handmade item. You may choose next day air shipping options to have your gift arrive on time.  We can rush your order if needed - may require a $10 rush charge if there are other orders ahead of yours.
