If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.  For hand painted dog bowls, exchanges will only be made for broken or defective bowls.  Refunds for items returned within thirty days (with the exception of Paw Pottery bowls - they must be received within fourteen days) of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all handmade items.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Failure to do so may result in a delay in your return or exchange.
